It is really important that you keep your contact details up-to-date.
If we, Consumer, Building and Occupational Services, need to contact you, it will be to your email address or SMS message to your mobile phone. You decide what your preferred method of contact will be.
You are given a My Licence account. You access your My Licence account through the CBOS website at.
Your My Licence account works like a secure online bank account where you will receive an email or SMS message with a security token number to access your account.
You won’t be able to access your My Licence account if the details we have are not correct.
You can also update your preferred method of contact through your My Licence account.
We have created a guide that gives you step-by-step instructions on how you can access your My Licence account and how you can update your contact details. Read the Guide to Licensing services online for Conveyancers June 2018 (PDF, 4.1 MB).
