You are given a My Licence account. You access your My Licence account through the CBOS website at.
Your My Licence account works like a secure online bank account where you will receive an email or SMS message with a security token number to access your account.
You won’t be able to access your My Licence account if the details we have are not correct.
You can also update your preferred method of contact through your My Licence account.
