Training providers must keep a record of attendance at approved CPD activities/events and provide this to CBOS afterwards. An example attendance sheet is available for download here: Attendance Sheet (PDF, 147.2 KB)
After the event, please send a copy of the attendance sheet to cbos.info@justice.tas.gov.au
The training provider must also give each attendee a certificate of attainment or attendance.
