Supervision of electrical work

There are minimum supervision standards in the performance of electrical work.

The level of supervision may be either direct or general, and will depend on the person's experience and type of electrical work being performed.

For more information see the Occupational Licensing (Supervision of Prescribed Work) Code of Practice 2022.

The code does not remove or limit any obligation to comply with the Work Health and Safety Act.
