The Department of Justice provides rental bond data to the Australian Bureau of Statistics each month. This data is published monthly on the Data.gov.au website.
To access Tasmanian rental bond data:
- Visit the Department of Justice organisation page on Data.gov.au.
- Search ‘Rental Bond and Rental Data'.
- Select the relevant reporting period.
- Download the data as a XLSX file.
The downloaded data can then be opened in a spreadsheet.
