Review of Conveyancing Regulations 2015 (Consultation closed)

The Conveyancing Regulations 2015 are subordinate law made under the Conveyancing Act 2004. All Tasmanian regulations are required to be remade every decade and the current Conveyancing Regulations will expire in August 2025.
