  • Inductions, what to include.
  • Training registers and gap analysis
  • Consultation with workers, volunteers and contractors
  • Documentation and Record keeping
  • Supervision and monitoring
  • Accident, incident, near miss, risk assessment and hazard reporting requirements
  • Monitoring workers health
  • Policies and procedures

At the end of this session the attendees will be able to review their own Employee Management Systems, identify any gaps and apply the learning. This workshop includes up to 5 hours consultancy to assist with design or implementation to support the attendee and their business.
