Overview:

This course is designed for people who are assigned the responsibility as the Warden (and Area Warden) in their workplace. The course is structured in accordance with Australian Standards: Planning for emergencies in facilities (AS 3745), Planning for Emergencies – Health Care Facilities (AS 4083) and the General Fire Regulations (where applicable).

Participants are exposed to relevant information for their role as a Warden. This information supports the implementation of emergency procedures and the roles and responsibilities of the Warden in the event of an emergency that may warrant an evacuation.
