This one day course takes a real world perspective on the pressures that managers face (particularly middle managers) and the difficult decisions that emerge day to day. It provides practical guidance, tools and support to develop understandings to guide you when managing ethical issues.

Through group activities and real-world scenarios, this course aims to equip attendees with practical strategies for making ethical decisions with confidence.  This is a highly interactive course, so come prepared.
At the completion of this course you will be able to:
  • Identify key attributes and behaviours of an ethical manager in your workplace
  • Apply ethical decision-making to issues you face at work
  • Effectively deal with the ethical dilemmas of managing ‘in the middle’
  • Assist your team members to deal with ethical issues in their roles.
